Greater Confidence and Connection

What it’s like to work with me.
Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you're trying to manage anxiety, navigate difficult relationships, cope with loss, or make sense of experiences from your past. Maybe you're feeling stuck in familiar patterns, struggling to put your own needs first, or finding it difficult to feel like yourself. Sometimes, you may not even know what's wrong—you just know something needs to change.
I believe healing begins when we feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. I work with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, grief and loss, life transitions, and the lasting impact of difficult family experiences. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you can explore your emotions, better understand yourself, and begin making meaningful changes.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I incorporate mindfulness, grounding techniques, breathwork, and body awareness to help you manage overwhelming emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and feel more connected to yourself. Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your ability to navigate challenges, and build greater confidence in yourself and your relationships.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable. You don't need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. Whether you're working through a difficult season, healing from past experiences, or simply wanting to feel more balanced and fulfilled, I'll meet you where you are—with warmth, curiosity, and without judgment.
You deserve a space where you can show up exactly as you are. When you're ready, I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater healing, confidence, and connection.
Outside the therapy room, you'll find me walking my dogs, cooking, or enjoying arts and crafts. I value creativity, connection, and finding moments of joy in everyday life.

We all experience anxiety—it’s a part of being human. But sometimes, it can feel overwhelming, making it hard to live the life we truly want. That’s where support comes in.
As a therapist specializing in anxiety, I’m here to help you navigate those difficult moments with compassion and expertise. I am Certified in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy, a highly effective approach to working with anxiety and OCD. Together, we’ll learn how to lean into discomfort (I know, it sounds counterintuitive, right?), but in doing so, we build resilience, confidence, and freedom from anxiety’s grip.
The goal isn’t to eliminate anxiety—it’s to change our relationship with anxiety. By welcoming discomfort and responding to anxiety in new, skillful ways, we empower ourselves to live with greater ease, courage, and authenticity.
I look forward to walking alongside you on this journey toward a fuller, more fulfilling life.

With years of hands-on experience in local junior high and high schools, I truly love working with teens. Adolescence is a time of growth, challenges, and big emotions, and I provide a safe, understanding space where teens can express themselves, build confidence, and navigate life’s ups and downs.
