  • Is your teen struggling with anxiety, depression, peer issues or difficulties at school?

  • Is your child experiencing new changes and they don’t know how to cope?

  • Have you noticed your teen is having difficulty in day-to-day activities?

  • Does your teen suddenly seem withdrawn and distant, no longer interacting with friends or family?

  • Does your teen feel like they don’t belong?

  • Is your family experiencing a divorce?

It may feel impossible now, but your teen can thrive.

Teen Counseling can help your child feel confident, less anxious and experience improved connection with peers and family.

I offer a safe space for children and teens to express themselves.

Your child will find a place of compassion and understanding as we process their unique struggles. I develop a therapeutic environment for my clients where they feel heard, understood, and valued. Together, your teen will develop the necessary tools to create meaningful change. They will experience more confidence, improve functioning and feel more connected.

With over two decades of work with children and teens, I bring a unique perspective and skill set that promotes a healthy therapeutic process. My love for working with children and teens encompasses supporting their learning in the classroom (both in General Education and Special Education), supporting their Social Emotional Learning as a School Counselor, and providing skillful School Based Counseling as part of the Therapeutic Clinical Counseling department at the William S. Hart Union High School District. My professional journey has provided me with compassion, understanding, and a lens of seeing children and teens from their perspective. This unique perspective has empowered me to reach children and teens at their level and stage of development. I look forward to working with your child or teen and supporting them as they grow and develop a strong and confident sense-of-self, improve their connection with others, and cultivate skills to be successful in life.
